Don Magee, Senior Pastor - Don has been ministering at Lakes since 1993. He previously served two other church bodies: One in Northern Wisconsin and one in Western Michigan. Don is known for his care for the body of Christ through personal relationships and strong Biblical teaching. God has blessed Don with his wife and ministry partner of 24 years, Ann, as well as three sons. Don coaches and referees soccer, plays golf and loves to read. He looks forward to meeting you at Lakes.

Brandon Gross, Youth/Children Pastor - Brandon has been involved at Lakes for 7 years - 4 as a summer intern and 3 on full-time staff. Brandon met his wife, Ashley at college and they have served together at Lakes since their graduation in 2003. God has blessed them with 2 children, Micah and Maggie. Brandon coaches basketball, loves to golf and is currently pursuing a Master's in Theology.

Darryl Gross, Associate Pastor - Darryl is the newest member of the Lakes staff, joining in January of 2006. Raised in rural northern Wisconsin, Darryl has served as a layman in his local church, successfully ran his own lawn service, and worked for the U.S. Postal Service for the past 20 years. Darryl and his wife Renee recently felt God's calling to leave the secular work force and serve in full-time ministry here at Lakes. Darryl and Renee have been married for 28 years and have 3 grown children.
